    The suite was bright, it had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was soft, my stay lasted for 4 nights. The food was exceptional and the location was particularly good.

    It was just a great fit for a momentary visit in Montuiri (Mallorca) with all in all great value for money. The staff even delivered lunch menu items late one night when we arrived after hours, a nice touch. Make sure to check in advance about bike reservations to avoid any mix-ups.

    want to say thank you for relaxing stay. this place is relaxing because of the beautiful location and garden views. there is a huge variety of exceptional food for breakfast. the suite is bright and has an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar. the staff are incredibly kind and good and provide a perfect service.

    Finca Serena was such a lovely place. The staff treated us like friends, balancing friendliness with professionalism. Our Beautiful King Room was huge, beautifully decorated, and had a nice terrace. The food at the restaurant blew us away. It was great to see a different menu each night, so we could enjoy dinner there twice without getting bored. Breakfast options were plentiful, too. We really appreciated the hotel's dedication to inclusivity. There were a few small issues. The service at the restaurant could flow a bit smoother, like when ordering. The room service menu only had salads after 7 PM. The pool area could use a more thorough cleaning. I also noticed steps around the hotel sometimes lacked railings, which could be a safety concern. Lastly, we had a minor hiccup with bike reservations, as one day our reserved bike wasn't available. Despite these small inconveniences, we loved our time there and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely return soon.
